We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Sourcing Specialist - Part Time to join our team and assist in identifying qualified candidates for various roles within our organization. As an HR Sourcing Specialist - Part Time, your primary responsibility will be to scour online platforms, databases, and networks to find potential candidates who meet our job requirements. You will work closely with our Director of Operations & HR to understand the specific needs of each position and actively source candidates accordingly. This is a flexible, part-time position with the potential for growth within our organization.
Position: HR Sourcing Specialist - Part Time (20 hours/week max)
Location: Rockville, MD (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize online platforms, databases, and networks to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and applicant tracking system.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
- Provide support as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Sociology, or another related field.
- Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, or related fields preferred.
- Knowledge of Boolean strings strongly preferred.
- Strong research skills with the ability to effectively navigate online platforms, such as LinkedIn Organic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ApplicantPro, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours with the potential for increased hours as needed.
