HR Service Quality Coordinator - ABM Industries

Overview

The HR Service Quality Coordinator monitors and analyzes the quality of HR service activities, develops quality assurance programs, and provides feedback to improve team member satisfaction while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions 

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all HR activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Create reports for management.
• Training and Development: Train HRSS team members on service quality procedures and best practices.
• Auditing: Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and service quality standards are met.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of HR activities and quality control measures.
• Employee Support: Provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications – Education & Experience 

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, customer service support or quality management. Previous HR Shared Services support (Preferred)
• Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred); CSQA certification (preferred)

Qualifications – Other Skills, Abilities & Knowledge 

• Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and working collaboratively across all disciplines and levels. 
• Display advanced communication (verbal and written), organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple competing deliverables. 
• Prior experience with and understanding of ServiceNow HRSD functionality as well as proficiency in HRIS systems.
