Duration - 6 months + (potential for extension)
Location - Irving, TX 75039
Rate - $35.00/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $52.50/HR)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with client facing Recruiters to source candidates and fill open positions with high quality talent.
- Ensures alignment of recruiting activities with business goals and objectives.
- Performs targeted candidate searches with a large focus on cold calling; multi-channeling via employee referrals, the Internet, unsolicited resumes, and social networks.
- Sources leads and reviews/consults on resumes and Client comp structure
- Conducts phone screens and assessment interviews
- Maintains accuracy of candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and other reports throughout the entire recruiting process.
- Implements and supports diversity recruiting efforts.
- All other job duties as assigned by management.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree and 2+ years of sourcing experience at a recruiter/generalist level, with a demonstrated track record of success in passive candidate acquisition. Mortgage industry/ financial services recruitment experience is a plus. Prior success working within a large, complex, matrix organization and good organizational skills are important. The ability to support high volumes and thrive in a fast-paced environment is also keys to success
