HR Recruiting Assistant Manager
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding - Oversee HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries - Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support compliance efforts with FMLA, EEO, DOT and other employment laws
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
**Skills and Abilities:**
- Proven experience in human resources management
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR software
- Strong knowledge of employment labor law and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual preferred but not required (Korean)
