HR Project Coordinator - Chillibreeze

We are looking for an HR Project Coordinator with good collaboration and organizing skills. We need a proactive individual who understands the purpose of the Company and plays an active role in collaborating with internal and external people. To be successful in this role, you must continuously evolve and innovate to meet the requirements. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates with HR specialization or administrative experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and interest in technology.
• Understanding, taking ownership and actioning our HR strategy and suggesting changes to increase the impact.
• Maintaining records and data to help us analyze progress and to help us know where the company is leading.
• Coordinating with candidates, employees and external vendors.
• HR Recruiting and event planning.
