Title: HR Program Manager
THE ROLE:
The HR department is looking for an experienced program manager to support HR-related acquisition integration and change efforts.
This role will manage and drive execution of the HR project integration plans to achieve a flawless Day 1 for employees and continue through to achievement of the ‘end state’ where new employees are successfully operating on HR tools, processes, and policies.
As part of a core M&A team, you will interact with senior leaders, managers, teams, and colleagues across HR and the company to present and update on integration plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Utilize the HR Playbook for M&A activities which includes handoff from ‘due diligence’ through to successful integration of new employees operating on HR’s Tools and Processes. Offer recommendations for enhancements as part of a project close ‘replay and reflect’.
• Build HR project plans to support new M&A activities in partnership with HR centers of excellence and HR Business Partner roles.
• Project manage M&A integration plans with HR COE and HRBP Workstream owners, monitoring activities from pre-close, Day 1, harmonization of systems and processes through to employees operating on HR tools, processes, and policies.
• Report out on progress of M&A activities to HR Senior Leadership.
THE PERSON:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has M&A experience and can build and drive project plans. A strong collaborator and creative thinker who is a problem solver and self-starter and can connect the dots at a strategy, program, and project level. The successful candidate is a team player who can build networks quickly and adapt easily as priorities change.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in M&A activities from an HR perspective.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience driving global programs and change efforts across HR.
• An excellent collaborator with strong communication skills.
• Strong change management skills, with experience rolling out large-scale projects and programs globally.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, high attention to detail with a high degree of personal integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong project management skills, self-starter, detail-oriented problem solver who can prioritize well and bring structure to complex and ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work effectively in a global company within a multi-cultural, cross-functional, and matrixed team.
• Experience managing projects with a cross-functional, global team.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Under-graduate degree preferred, master’s degree an advantage.
