This Contractor Human Resources Business Partner position will partner directly with management teams for an assigned area of responsible at Client.
This position will deliver consultative HR services aligned to the business strategy for a population of approximately 400-600 employees.
This position will have the ability to understand the business, the strategy and the mission to deliver integrated Human Resources management services and programs across the business.
Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Organizational Development.
SHRM or HRCI Certification desired.
5+ years of successful experience in a human resources capacity with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above.
Successful record developing strong trusting relationships to influence and achieve results, and help lead others through the phases of change.
