Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all recruitment activities
Develop and execute recruiting plans
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
Administrative duties and recordkeeping
Process and ensure accuracy of bi-weekly payroll
Update timecards
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
HR/ Recruitment experience (preferred)
Payroll experience (preferred)
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Relate positively and favorably to residents and families
Positive Can-Do Attitude
Excellent Attendance
