Description:
Provide additional support to the HR Operations/Systems/Immigration team during a 4-6 week leave of absence. Responsible for providing analytical and specialized administrative support for the HR Operations functional area involving complex details and highly advanced administrative duties. Duties will vary based on needs at the time, but will support daily HR Operations activities may include any or all of the following:
- employee onboarding/offboarding, reporting, system testing and support, improving process efficiency, answering employee and manager inquiries, supporting visa application processes and providing related support to foreign national candidates and employees and to their managers.

- Provide timely, accurate, and responsive services to employees and HR Stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data and reviewing source documents for accuracy and completion of data input
- Provide resolution to cases that require escalation or involvement from other stakeholders
- Ensure that all inquiries and concerns are resolved quickly, equitably and courteously
- Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly audits of HR transactions
- Manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Perform HR operational tasks as needed such as Workday data entry and transaction processing and complete complex organizational changes
- Support multiple and concurrent ad hoc HR requests
- Ensure all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is well communicated
- Provide reporting support for compliance needs and ad hoc requests
- Assist in the development of standard reports and dashboards for ongoing business needs
- Provide complex administrative and project support using advanced MS Office skills
- Write clear and detailed process documentation Immigration Responsibilities
- In partnership with external immigration counsel, support candidates and employees to obtain and update work visas
- Process and triage incoming packages, prepare packages for shipping and maintain accurate tracking records
- Prepare, copy and scan documents for record retention
- Update applicable candidate records and reports in appropriate systems
- Process general invitation letters supporting business travelers
- Organize mail received from the government, distribute documents to employees and manage general correspondence
- Request payments for processing and track status accordingly
- Routinely update databases and reports and upload requisite critical documents
- Coordinate regulatory Notice of Filing postings for permanent alien labor certification cases HR Systems
- Support system development and implementation activities by participating in system configuration, testing and training development
Skills & Experience
- Sound previous generalist experience in HR administration
- In-depth knowledge of Workday and business processes, 1- 2 years
- Detail-oriented and accuracy focused, with a technical, problem-solving mindset
- Possess strong quantitative, analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
- Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
- Diligent and extremely detail oriented
- Flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure with competing demands and stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, communication and employee service skills
- Knowledge of US immigration laws and visa categories desired as well as experience processing visas through the USCIS
