You’ll be the go-to for all things HR, from onboarding our newest team members to organizing memorable company events that bring our values—aligned, driven, focused, caring, and innovative—to life.
What You’ll Do:
HR Manager Duties:
- Lead HR processes including Onboarding and Offboarding: Welcome our new hires with a smooth and engaging onboarding experience and ensure departing employees have a positive and thoughtful farewell.
- Be a People Champion: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, answering questions and resolving issues with a caring approach that aligns with our values.
- Recruitment with a Personal Touch: Help us find and hire amazing talent that fits our culture. You’ll coordinate job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and keep the hiring process running smoothly.
- Benefits Administration: Be the go-to expert on our benefits programs, guiding employees through enrollments, changes, and all things benefits-related.
- Stay on Top of Compliance: Keep us compliant with all HR laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support Performance Management: Help implement performance reviews and employee development initiatives that keep our team motivated and aligned.
- Create and Execute: Have an important voice in creating and executing on various HR initiatives throughout the year!
- Keep the Office Buzzing: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, from organizing supplies to coordinating repairs, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute fun and engaging company events—think team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and holiday parties that everyone will remember.
- Vendor and Facilities Management: Work with vendors to keep our office in top shape and manage everything from coffee to cleaning services.
- A passion for people and an eye for detail! You love creating positive employee experiences and building systems and processes that support doing great work; you are tech savvy and love to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR with Office Management skillsets.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, and a knack for staying organized.
- A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
