Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and oversee key operational functions, including leave management, workers’ compensation, benefits administration, and centralized HR process improvements.
This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and compliance, coupled with the ability to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update documentation for internal total rewards processes to ensure compliance and standardization.
Supervise leave of absence management, ensuring adherence to relevant federal, state, and regional regulations.
Oversee workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage daily benefits administration, providing timely and accurate responses to staff and management inquiries.
Stay informed of regulatory changes at the federal, state, and regional levels, ensuring organizational compliance in all areas of responsibility.
Track and report administrative data related to total rewards, leveraging insights to improve processes.
Assist in managing vendor relationships for leave of absence, workers’ compensation, and HR service delivery.
Identify and implement opportunities for centralization or outsourcing within the HR organization to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including workers’ compensation, leave management, benefits administration, and compensation.
At least 2 years of HR leadership experience in a multi-region organization.
Proven expertise in HR processes and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail with accuracy in administrative tasks.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
Knowledge of HR-related federal, state, and regional regulations.
Desired Skills:
Advanced understanding of HR centralization and outsourcing opportunities.
Experience in managing cross-functional HR projects.
Familiarity with tools and technologies supporting HR process improvements.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $81550-$116500
