HR Operations Associate at Fidelity TalentSource LLC

Fidelity TalentSource is your destination for discovering your next temporary role at Fidelity Investments. We are currently sourcing for a HR Operations Associate in Covington, KY, Smithfield, RI, Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX!
HR Operations Associate performs administrative and HR functions to support the HR Ops Team. Responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Data Audits and Management in Workday
• Reviewing and Approving HR transactions, including job changes and promotions
• Case Management for HR Inquiries and Requests
• Provide training and consultation to leaders regarding intake for inquiries
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to navigate change and high volume

This role requires 1-2 years+ experience in a professional role. Experience in HR fields including Comp, TA, ER, Compliance, Learning a plus. Will consider other Fidelity experience in lieu of limited HR experience.
This role requires the following skills and experience:

• Microsoft Applications, including Excel
• Workday Experience
• Case Management a plus
• HR Experience a plus
• Change Management and/or Project Management a plus

Dynamic Working
At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call “Dynamic Working.” Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
