This position focuses on supporting day-to-day HR operations, process improvement, reporting support and ensuring a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR business partners, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of our HR Systems to meet the company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities: + Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection laws + Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes in HRIS systems + Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers. + Manage and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity and functionality. + Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and identify trends. + Provide training to employees and managers on using HR tools and systems. + Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: + Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data leveraging MS Excel. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and compliance. + Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. + Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. + High level of discretion and confidentiality.
