Our client is a well-known multinational food and snacks manufacturer and they are looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join their team on a 6 month contract. The HR Operations Analyst will be brought on to support associates in North America and LATAM with HR related questions and issues. The team takes calls, web chats, and tickets to resolve HR related questions/issues that Associates are having. responsibilities:

• Supporting Associates in North America and LATAM with HR related questions and issues.
  • The team takes calls, web chats, and tickets to resolve HR related questions/issues that Associates are having.

• Working within Workday and ServiceNow around HRIS and Case Management.

• First 30 days- Learn client's HR Systems, Processes, and Policies
