HR - Onboarding and Compliance Admin
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for onboarding new employees
- Working with the new employees to complete all pre-employment documentation
- Scheduling and working with the employees to complete all pre-employment screenings, (background checks and drug testing
- Coordinating and confirming start dates
- Assignment management
- Offboarding of employees (employee/customer interface
- High School degree or equivalent. 4 year degree a plus
- Proficient with office technology including the Microsoft suite of products (MSWord, Excel etc.)
- 2-5 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience with human resources related functions
- Demonstrated critical thinking ability is required
- Must be available to work onsite in Edison, NJ office on a fulltime basis, (5) days per week.
