Position Overview: This role oversees all Human Resources, Labor Relations, and Communications activities for approximately 200 employees, partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business strategy into HR action
- Build productive relationships with Union representatives
- Oversee Labor Relations, including grievances and negotiations
- Manage benefits, payroll, and compliance with employment laws
- Drive diversity, workforce planning, and talent management
- Develop policies, compensation, and performance management
- Partner with local agencies and community boards
- Lead organizational design and team-based leadership initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of union environment experience
- 15+ years in HR management in a large manufacturing setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience with pension administration, community relations, and team-based leadership
- Familiarity with Workday, Kronos/UKG, and ADP systems
