Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for people, process, and progress? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent HR Manager to join our rapidly growing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of shaping and driving HR initiatives that align with our company's vision and goals. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, from recruitment to employee relations, talent management, and employee engagement. The HR Manager will be instrumental in fostering a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission outlined by our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top-tier talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Nurture a positive working environment by building strong relationships and promoting a strong team spirit.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role for at least 3 years, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated competence in Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and ability to use data for strategic decision making.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification will be a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
