Job Title: HR Manager (Molding Team)Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to maintain 'hands on' responsibility for the Human Resources functional area within our Molding Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and applying Human Resources policies, recommending changes, and monitoring compliance. This role also involves building, maintaining, and growing community engagement/workforce development programs, managing HR programs such as recruitment, compensation, diversity, performance management, and employee training.
Responsibilities
+ Interpret and apply Human Resources policies, recommend changes, and monitor compliance.
+ Build, maintain, and grow community engagement/workforce development programs.
+ Manage all Human Resources programs including recruitment, compensation, diversity, performance management, and employee training.
+ Counsel employees, supervisors, and managers on matters of company policy and disciplinary measures.
+ Develop and maintain wage and compensation programs.
+ Foster a positive plant culture through employee recognition, listening programs, and engagement activities.
+ Align HR goals with plant and corporate objectives.
+ Establish and maintain open and effective communication with employees.
+ Represent the company in unemployment, insurance, and other external claims.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Experience handling HR needs of 400+ employees.
+ Experience leading HR teams and managing employee relations.
+ Proficiency in HR management systems such as Oracle, ERP, and Kronos.
+ PHR or SPHR accreditation is a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred.
+ Knowledge of personnel and safety laws and requirements.
+ Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct employees.
+ Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Experienced in conflict resolution, problem solving, and analytical skills.
+ Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing setting, working in the office Monday through Friday. The work environment offers an opportunity to work at a Fortune 300 company with multiple growth opportunities and profit-sharing bonuses annually.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00
