Position Summary:

In partnership with the HR Generalist, the HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and ensuring they are aligned to our business goals, for two entities. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Human Resource Management or related field, master's degree a plus
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR related experience; 1-2 years management
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS). Rippling experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Professional HR Certification desired

Physical / Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Working Environment:

Office / Manufacturing Floor / Warehouse

Standard Monday – Friday schedule, ability to work remotely on Fridays

Occasional travel to other facilities or industry events
