Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Pawtucket RI (overnight travel will be required to Plainville CT as needed)
Direct Hire - Full Time
Must Have:
You serve as a liaison between assigned locations, the HR department, and corporate HR. Coaching managers/partners, you ensure timely completion of recurring HR processes (e.g., training, performance management) and assist with policy interpretation. Additionally, you address partner inquiries about benefit offerings and other HR programs.
Your responsibilities extend to content development for training in specific functional areas, bridging gaps in established programs. You oversee various compliance programs (FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action) and manage the hiring process to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
As part of change management, you identify process/system shortcomings and lead the development and roll-out of new technology and initiatives. Consistently evaluating staffing requirements, you maintain proper partner staffing levels in each department. Role-playing partner concerns, providing HR training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are essential.
Understanding HR goals, you identify key performance indicators (turnover, TIR, Employment Agreements, etc.) and benchmark with peak-performing HRMs. Ensuring data integrity, you train managers on HRIS processes. Lastly, you lead succession planning efforts and report progress to leaders.

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR management
- Proven ability to train and develop others
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Accredited HR certification
