We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategic HR Manager to join our well-established manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and innovative leader, with a strong background in human resources and a proven track record in the manufacturing industry. This role will play a critical part in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy. The HR Manager will manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the proper functioning of all HR-related activities. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the organization's overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
6. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
8. Nurture a positive working environment.
9. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
10. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
11. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources managerial position
3. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
5. Proven experience managing a HR team.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
8. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
9. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
10. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
11. Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
12. Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
13. An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
