Job Duties:
- Oversee payroll, benefits, FMLA, and worker's compensation administration.
- Utilize Paycom for payroll and HR management; experience with Paycom is preferred but not required.
- Handle all HR functions with minimal focus on recruiting and employee development due to low turnover and long tenure of current staff.
- Manage employee files, perform data entry, and handle new hires and terminations.
- Execute additional HR-related tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in payroll, FMLA,and worker's compensation.
- Experience with Paycom is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong data entry, filing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.
- Must be able to commute daily to Euless, TX.
Salary
64,000 - 74,000 /year
