DEAL HR MANAGER
- We're looking for an enthusiastic communicator who can maintain confidentiality while meeting the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field; or 4 to 8 years being progressively responsible HR management experience
- SHRM certification (highly preferred)
- Track record of managing and overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training
- Strong background in policy development, compliance, and handling HR-related legal matters
- Experience in change management and driving cultural initiatives within organizations
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, leave administration, and extensive employee relations experience
- Exceptional technical and organizational skills
