About the Role:
Multi-Housing
Depot is looking to a hire a new Human Resources Manager to join their team. The
Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the
human resources functions within an organization. They are responsible for
developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support
the company's goals and objectives. The HR Manager collaborates with
leadership, manages the HR team, and ensures compliance with employment laws
and regulations.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
- Strategic
HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the
organization's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior
management to understand business needs and align HR practices
accordingly. - Policy
Development and Implementation: Develop and update HR policies,
procedures, and guidelines in compliance with labor laws and industry
standards. Communicate and implement policies consistently across the
organization. - Recruitment
and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job
postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Work with
hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective
recruitment. - Employee
Relations: Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and
provide guidance on conflict resolution. Promote a positive and inclusive
workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement
initiatives. - Performance
Management: Implement performance management systems, including goal
setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Provide guidance to
managers on addressing performance issues and fostering employee growth. - Training
and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the development
and delivery of training programs. Facilitate professional development
opportunities for employees. - Strategic

Ideal
Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or
HR certification is a plus). - Proven experience (5+ years) in
human resources management roles. - In-depth knowledge of HR laws,
regulations, and best practices - Effective communication and
interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, customers and
stakeholders at all levels - Demonstrated ability to build
effective relationships with employees at all levels - Experience with HRIS and
proficiency in MS office suite - Excellent leadership and team
management skills - Exceptional negotiation and
conflict resolution - Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and manage multiple priorities - Strong commitment to quality,
accuracy and continuous improvement
Additional
