The Role:
As an HR Manager, you’ll align HR strategies with business goals, driving employee engagement, productivity, and retention. You’ll manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development programs.
- Resolve employee concerns and promote a collaborative culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and enhance HR operations.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience; certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and interpersonal skills.
