About the Job
Overview:
The Learning and Professional Development Administrator works with the Learning and Professional Development Manager in the daily operations of the Learning & Professional Development Department. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accessing the learning management system (Relias), preparing, and maintaining operations documents and reports and facilitates the Tuition Reimbursement programs for all corporations.
Responsibilities:Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Schedules and enrolls all employees for required trainings (AMAP, CPR, SCIP Defensive Driving)
- Create and send out attendance reports to sites and leadership and as needed.
- Maintains Relias database and training files by entering all information for new hires, AMAP pouring, CPR, Defensive Driving and SCIP. Sends class participation data weekly to manager for weekly report.
- Prepares CPR cards for staff. Scans all AMAP, CPR, SCIP and Defensive Driving to E-copy
- Facilitation of the agency Learning Management System (Relias) including weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting. Assists staff with access issues (password resets, etc.) and updating staff profile information as needed.
- Facilitates the Tuition Reimbursement programs for Spring, Fall and Summer for all corporations.
- Inventories office supplies, and processes purchase requisitions to ensure that the training supplies are ordered and maintained.
- Ensures all necessary training materials are organized for the appropriate trainer
- Responsible for preparation of training documentation during audits.
- This position serves as the Program Personnel Coordinator for the department.
- Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required;Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Computer proficiency in all Microsoft Suite applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures required.
- Ability to manage a large volume of support inquiries via electronic, telephone and in person meetings required.
