HR Generalist - Youngstown, OH - JOB 24-00848

Salary Range: $50k - $75k Permanent Position with Benefits

Youngstown area Manufacturer is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to help us shape the future of our organization. This is accomplished by building and nurturing a workforce of exceptional employees. Under an extensive growth strategy, the size of our workforce and the time to manage employee feedback dictates we hire a HR Generalist to join our team.

• Gather data for testing and compliance reporting.
• Assists with recruiting efforts as directed.
• Handles day to day employee related inquiries from employees and supervision.
• Will require understanding of complex payroll processing system for 300+ employees and perform other duties as assigned.
• Previous experience working with both medical insurance and 401k plans a plus.
• This position requires a minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience with governmental regulations preferred.
