We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our new office in downtown Fort Lauderdale, USA.
What you’ll be doing:
Employee Relations & Support
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations issues, and day-to-day HR administration.
Actively address employees’ concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive working environment that reflects Enteractive’s values of Care, Improve, and Dare.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle for US-based positions, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with management and hiring teams to identify staffing needs and ensure the best talent is recruited to achieve business goals.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Facilitate a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are set up for success from day one. This includes introducing them to Enteractive’s culture, values, and processes.
Manage the offboarding process for employees leaving the company, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and that all exit procedures are followed properly including collection of company property and termination of accesses.
Employee Benefits
Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring all benefits are communicated clearly and effectively to employees, and that any employee concerns or issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the internal HR team and benefits broker to streamline Open Enrollment procedures and enhance employee satisfaction.
Perform comprehensive monthly audits of benefit invoices to verify accuracy, compliance, and timely payment.
Assist in the development and implementation of benefits programs that promote employee well-being and align with company values.
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with US labour laws and Enteractive’s global guidelines.
Collaborate with the Head of HR to align the US policies with the company's overall HR strategy and local regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Disciplinary & Performance Management
Support managers in handling performance issues and employee disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
Provide coaching and guidance to management and employees on how to manage performance, conduct, and professionalism.
Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and ensure that disciplinary processes are executed fairly and consistently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with other members of the HR team, C-level executives, and department heads across Enteractive’s global offices to ensure consistent HR practices and alignment with company goals.
Foster strong communication and collaboration with colleagues in Malta, Romania, and other future offices, ensuring that Enteractive’s core culture and values are upheld across all locations.
Support the Leadership team in the US office in driving HR initiatives and employee engagement programs that align with Enteractive’s mission and vision.
Training & Development
Identify training needs in the US office and coordinate professional development programs that align with both individual and organizational goals.
Partner with the Head of HR and other department heads to implement learning and development initiatives that help employees grow and reach their full potential.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employees to develop new skills and knowledge.
What you bring:
A minimum of 3-5 years in an HR Generalist role, with a proven track record in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Strong understanding of US labour laws and HR best practices, with the ability to apply them in a practical and compliant manner.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and collaborate with teams in different geographic locations.
