We're in search of an HR Generalist to join our team, specializing in providing manager partnership, managing employee relations matters and inquiries, overseeing employee accommodation requests, and supporting in various People Operations projects. This role involves navigating a variety of complex HR topics, minimizing business risks, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment for our employees.
Your impact
- Provide personalized yet consistent Human Resources partnership and coaching to people managers on various topics, namely performance management.
- Conduct unbiased and thorough investigations into employee relations matters and provide clear and well-aligned recommendations based on findings.
- Facilitate the workplace accommodation request process including management of our third-party vendor.
- Contribute to a variety project-based work including crafting enablement materials, documentation templates, and more.
- Support with additional people operations tasks as needed.

Must have
- Experience handling and resolving various employee relations issues including workplace investigations.
- Ability to navigate complex situations impartially while maintaining meticulous documentation.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and pay immaculate attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience managing workplace accommodation requests.
- Experience managing HR compliance programs.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $72,000 - $99,000.
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
