HR GeneralistThe HR Generalist is a versatile and hands-on role responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions to support the organization's goals and employee needs. This position requires comprehensive experience in all facets of HR, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, training and development, HR policy implementation, and handling employee records.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills to effectively manage HR data, generate insightful reports, and support data-driven decision-making. Our candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and best practices, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR practices with business objectives.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on balancing operational HR responsibilities with data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Hiring & Onboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements for technical and non-technical positions.
- Work with Recruiting Department and Hiring Managers to create a smooth onboarding transition.
- Manage the full-cycle onboarding process, and background processing, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Managing HR onboarding metrics, analyzing workforce trends, and creating comprehensive reports
- Act as employees' first point of contact on HR-related issues and inquiries.
- Support urgent matters, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Foster a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance review processes tailored to the telecommunications/operations.
- Ensure compliance with telecommunications labor regulations and company policies.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and telecommunications industry standards.
- Aid department in updating company policies, and write memos, emails, and other correspondence in response to queries and requests.
- Maintain and update employee records following legal requirements and internal policies.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in task management and organization.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including health plans, monthly premiums, and incentive structures.
- Provide employees with guidance on benefits enrollment and changes.
- Manage employee data within HRIS systems and generate reports as required.
