About the Job
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related tasks on a professional level, under the direction of the HR Director. The HR Generalist is held accountable for on-boarding, training and development, employment law compliance, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, affirmative actions, recruitment and hiring, and thinking up new and innovative ideas aimed to benefit the HR Department.
