Our client is a global medical services organization that is rapidly growing. They are actively seeking an HR Generalist to join their team with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$75,000 – $80,000
Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and management team by handling various HR functions. The ideal HR Generalist candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, compensation, and benefits, and will be adept at fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with federal, state, and local laws. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies as needed
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities
- Employee Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, compensation, and benefits utilization
Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations, compensation, and benefits
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
