The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. This role is integral to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop job descriptions and job postings that align with company needs.
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
Employee Relations:- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues.
- Provide guidance on workplace policies and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:- Support managers with performance review processes and employee development plans.
- Implement training and development initiatives.
Policy and Compliance:- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records according to company policies and legal requirements.
Benefits Administration:- Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Answer employee inquiries about benefit programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
