HR Generalist - Kavaliro

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. This role is integral to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Recruitment and Onboarding:
  
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop job descriptions and job postings that align with company needs.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• 
  Employee Relations:
  
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues.
  • Provide guidance on workplace policies and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
• 
  Performance Management:
  
  • Support managers with performance review processes and employee development plans.
  • Implement training and development initiatives.
• 
  Policy and Compliance:
  
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records according to company policies and legal requirements.
• 
  Benefits Administration:
  
  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Answer employee inquiries about benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
