Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide variety of HR and Administrative tasks, including Payroll, employee relations, and onboarding of new hires.

Responsibilities:
Manage payroll cycle.
Track & maintain employee vacation / sick / holiday benefits.
Administer changes/updates to the payroll system.
Administer timesheet portion of the Paylocity system.
Ensure employee navigator system is updated with all changes so health and ancillary system EDI feeds update automatically.
File weekly 401(k) contribution & match upload files.
File weekly federal and state payroll tax online payments.
Responsible for recordkeeping of benefits plans participation, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation (Cobra, ancillary benefit rollover, etc).
Responds to all state employment related requests in a timely manner.
Assist with the performance management process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but will consider equivalent experience
1+ year experience with Payroll processing preferred
Accounting experience preferred
Solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills
Proficient with Microsoft programs; Excel, Word, Teams
