As the HR Generalist/Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. You will manage the onboarding process, benefits programs, L&I compliance, and recruitment activities. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can effectively handle multiple responsibilities and contribute to our company's success.

Overview of the HR Generalist/Manager Role:

• Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork and training are completed
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
• Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
• Handle workers' compensation claims and related processes
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and resume screening to interviewing and hiring
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution
• Support the performance review process and assist managers with employee development plans
• Facilitate training and development programs

Preferred Qualifications for the HR Generalist/Manager role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
