4 Corner Resources is looking for an HR generalist to join one of our clients in the Maitland, Florida area. The Human Resource Generalist’s primary responsibilities are to oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, have a heavy hand in all employee relations and assist with recruiting efforts.
This is a full-time direct hire opportunity, that is fully onsite in Maitland, FL.

HR Generalist Education, experience, certifications, and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience (including talent sourcing, recruiting, employee relations, and maintaining HRIS system).
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Candidate should possess solid relationship-building skills, familiarity with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, and the ability to multitask and manage projects/action plans.
- Ability to be confidential with personal information in various situations.
- An organized problem solver, able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities.
- An organic interest in continuous process improvement and effective project management.
- PHR / SHRM Certification preferred.
- Extensive experience with HRIS systems, Paycom preferred.
- Lead sourcing and recruitment activities, including maintaining job descriptions, managing job postings, screening talent, scheduling interviews, sending out offer letters and handling all onboarding requirements.
- Investigate and manage employee concerns, identify trends and themes, and provide recommendations to resolve employee issues.
- Processing and reviewing human resources information for new hires, terminations, position, and wage changes.
- Act as point of contact for all distribution center personnel to resolve problems or provide consultative advice in the areas of employee relations, benefits, payroll, policies, and procedures, etc.
- Facilitate continuous improvement in key HR areas such as retention, performance management, employee satisfaction, strengthening of the front-line supervision, and HR processes.
- Coordinate employee events and make employee newsletters for any/ all employee activities.
- Maintain internal HRIS system data and processes.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Fully onsite in Maitland, FL.
- Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
- Pay rate $60k-$75k+ (Depending on experience and education).
