HR Generalist III at US Tech Solutions

*Location: Bellevue, WA

*Duration: 06 months contract, Full-Time

Job Description:

Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyses HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Oversees and establishes procedures for paperwork completion for functional area. Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Has the ability to support global operations business and run WW talent programs. Has Strong ability to program manage high impact HR programs to support business including stakeholder management and change management. Has the ability to foresee priorities for the organization and coach leaders to enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities:

· M-F core hours (PST) with slight flexibility based on projects.

· Day to day support to business

· Attain goals in talent processes and strategy and delivery.

· Business leader partnered with

· Core HR functions – organizational design, complex underperformance management.

· Acumen to solve for EE consults (escalations)

· Influence business leadership.

· Consult HRBPs

· Core HR projects, talent management for direct client group.

· Team player and good communication – global team in India.

Experience:

· Leading global programs

· Acumen to understand differences in impact – Americas, India, etc.

· 5-8 years’ experience in HR generalist

· Relevant experience in supporting operations group (AI, tech, customer service)

· Looking for out of box thinker, capable to change mindset and learn and adapt, younger in industry.

· Flavor of HRBP and program management – not necessarily in title but project

· Graduation degree – Bachelor’s or Associate’s in HR, leaning toward experience.

· Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel

· Analytical ability

· Lead large scale programs.

Education:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s in relevant study.

Top 3 must-have hard skills:

· 5-8 years’ experience in HR generalist role.

· Experience with leading large-scale programs, project management, and/or business partnerships.

· Proven business acumen to understand differences in impact for global partnerships.
