One of our Energy client is looking for HR Generalist with BS Degree and expertise with Benefits and Compensation
HR Generalist II
Location: Middletown, PA
Duration: 12 Months
Description:
Will assist the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc.
Will provide direct support to the HR Director.
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in any HR related field based on position.
To support the HR Director with various HR Generalist duties ranging from Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety, etc.
Will be brought in to Augment the current HR Staff with special project or peak time of need.
This position needs to have at least 5 years of HR experience, in HR Operations, not recruiting.
