SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Bilingual HR Generalist for a large, well-known client in Huntley, IL.
The HRG II is an intermediate level generalist and an integral part of the HR team. The HR Generalist works on various initiatives covering the full employee life-cycle including hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance and payroll. The HR Generalist will be expected to know and understand company HR policies, procedures and benefits offerings to provide reliable support and solutions to employees and management. The successful candidate will thrive in this fast-paced, highly visible role and have broad knowledge and experience in human resources practices, administrative duties, and project coordination and delivery. Schedule: 8am-5pm Pay: 70k Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and consistent workplace.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Work with managers to address performance issues and recognize high-performing employees.
- Utilize HR systems to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR metrics.
- Be aware that management may assign additional responsibilities beyond the specific job description, as needed. Flexibility and adaptability to take on tasks outside the defined role are expected.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
