HR Generalist/ HRIS Specialist - Part Time Contract - Gallagher

Position Details:

• Temporary Part-Time position starting February 2025 through June 2025!
• Up to 25 hours a week
• Pay: Starting at $30/hr
• Location: Rolling Meadows IL - possibility for remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting divisional partners with ongoing program administration needed for existing Recognition platform
• Collaborating with recognition program vendor and internal compensation teams to implement and be responsible for the Service Anniversary and Peer to Peer program expansions
• Aiding in requirement gathering for rewards/recognition program expansions/implementations Developing and providing assistance to targeted user groups
• Responding to employees or vendor inquiries related to the ongoing platform support
• Assisting with addressing questions and handling transitions from previous vendors to new platforms
• Processing of monthly invoices
• Creating and compiling executive reporting.

Qualifications/Skills

Required

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years professional experience in an analytical or HRIS role.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.

Desired

• Experiencing working with Global Teams, working with and handling confidential data, collaborating in annual compensation planning cycles and reward and recognition platforms.
• Confirmed project management skills.

Work Traits

• Demonstrates ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently prioritize as needed. Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Prepares and delivers clear, concise project plans, presentations, and other written materials.
