Role & Responsibilities
Looking for an enthusiastic, high energy Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to implement a variety of human resource Initiatives, Policies and programs for the various Business Units in LTTS. As a Business Partner, you will responsible for the End-to-End life cycle of an Employee in the organization.

The key responsibilities of this Role are:
· Plan & Administer compensation and benefit plans
· New Employee Induction and Orientation.
· Employee Grievance Management.
· Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
· Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and HR Initiatives.
· Developing a Performance culture in the organization.
· Career Planning, development and Progression Management.
· Measure Employee Satisfaction and initiatives to increase satisfaction Index.
· Attrition Management – Initiatives to curb Attrition.
Requirements
· Candidates with 1-5 years’ experience are eligible to apply.
· Prior Experience in HR Business Partner will be an advantage.
· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
· Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in North America.
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Aptitude in problem-solving and lateral thinking.
· Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach and should be a self-starter.
· BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
· Willingness and ability to work with diverse & global teams across times zones and geographies.
· Should be well versed in working in Ms Office – word, Excel & PPT.
· Should be able to confidently deal with Senior Business Leaders in the organization.
· Candidate must be eligible to work in US without any sponsorship.
