Duties of the HR Generalist:
- Benefits administration for up to 200 employees
- Direct Open Enrollment process
- Employee onboarding/terminations
- Employee issue resolution
- Manage compliance and reporting
- Performance management program
Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- ADP WorkforceNow system experience is a plus
- knowledge of HR laws and regulations in different states
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Strong team engagement able to collaborate with any department
- Learns quickly and picks up systems and processes easily
