We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture, enhancing our processes, and driving our HR operations. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of duties including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing compensation and benefits, overseeing training and development, maintaining employee relations, leading recruitment efforts, and assisting in accounting and administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract the best talent.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.
7. Oversee and administer employee compensation and benefits.
8. Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the training process.
9. Assist in the development of budget for HR operations.
10. Assist in accounting and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
4. Proficient understanding of compensation and benefits.
5. Strong experience in employee relations and recruitment.
6. Experience in delivering training and development programs.
7. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
8. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
12. Certification in human resources from HR Certification Institute (HRCI), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), or other HR societies is a plus.
