Position Summary:
Uses specialist knowledge to assist in the development HR related policies, organizational, individual performance and behavior at work. Knowledge of regulatory HR standards and technology. Understands the culture of the organization and its impact on HR policies and processes.

Works with department leaders to promote and facilitate facility initiatives. Demonstrates effective project management skills. Champions innovative ideas, Acts as liasion for one or more of the following areas: Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Recruitment and Retention, Human Resources processes, Compliance and On boarding. Performs all Human Resources functions for assigned area of responsibility.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Required licensures/certifications
PHR or SPHR preferred
Skills and Abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft
Experience
2- 5 years Human Resources experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, benefits administration and HRIS system.
