Job DescriptionHelps build and maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness for HR Business Partner team. Works with HR Business Partners on daily operational matters to support global HR initiatives and specific business unit needs. Primary contact for local managers and employees. Assists with the administration and coordination of HR programs and processes and seeks process improvement, standardization and automation.
Major Areas of Accountability:
- Supports and consults with HRBP and management regarding the company’s performance management process, on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, HR programs, tools, and systems.
- Acts as point of contact with employees and management regarding general day to day employee relations, compensation, benefits, MTS policies and procedures and in self-sufficiency in data ownership and management.
- Administers existing HR programs within established program guidelines; receives direction from HRBP or HR CoEs on difficult to complex situations.
- Conducts basic research to support HR initiatives using various sources. Assists with HR compliance audits.
- Responsible for maintaining employee personnel files locals and provides employee data to respective central files as required.
- May provide feedback to HRBP regarding potential policy issues, modifications, and/or concerns.
- Supports existing and new training or development programs
- Creates a feeling of “one MTS” versus a geography view. Ensures the local business applies and demonstrates the core values of MTS:

- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of relevant national and local laws relating to employment issues
- Demonstrates the ability to solve issues through problem definition, data collection and appropriate action taking.
Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor / University Degree required.
HR Certification a plus
Experience:
3 – 5 years progressive HR experience
