HR Generalist
3+ months
Must Have:
2+ years HR experience
Nice to Have:
Bilingual
Duties:
Screen and forward resumes from applicants to hiring managers
extend offer letters and initiate onboarding
assist with new-employee orientations
assist managers with day to day HR-related inquiries
Maintain HR metrics, including turnover and time to fill reports; updates HR weekly report and requisition log for all open and closed positions, assist in salary recommendations and maintain job description database.
Receive resignation letters and termination forms. Performs exit interviews for staff before they leave.
Assist in running ad-hoc reports as requested as well as running weekly job posting.
Answering phones and filing employee documents
Update employee records, such as evaluation due dates, licensure due dates, employee health related docs
Track LOA requests
