As a growing company with a team of dedicated professionals, we are seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support our growing workforce of 90 employees in Texas and California. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints or concerns in a fair and timely manner.
Benefits Administration:
Benefits will be done through their PEO, but they can assist the candidate with inquiries as needed.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and other HR-related information.
HR Administration:
Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HRIS records, processing payroll, and preparing reports as needed.
Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field desired or a PHR or SPHR certification
2-4 years of HR experience Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

- Temp-to-Hire
- Salary: $65-$70K (based on experienced)
- Benefits will be offered through CornerStone while in Contract.
