Location: This position will be on-site at one of our facilities (Buffalo, MN; Brooklyn Park, MN; Hartford, WI; Cordova, TN). Relocation is not included.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $65,000 - $110,000 depending on breadth of experience and knowledge

Job Overview: The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the HR strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. This role oversees the day-to-day HR functions of one/more facilities within the organization including payroll, benefits, employee relations and performance management, employee leaves, and compliance and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute all tasks associated with weekly payroll cycles
- Manage health and welfare benefits including annual enrollment, communications, ensure benefits are aligned and updated with payroll
- Serve as subject matter expert and ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations as in relation to employment and labor law
- Serve as a conduit between employee and employer providing confidential counseling and coaching as needed
- Additional duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- 5+ years related experience (preferably in manufacturing, multi-site responsibility a plus)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
- Must have strong working knowledge of intricate HR software systems (preferably ADP)
- Must be able to effectively communicate and implement policies/procedures to drive continuous improvement
- Must be able to handle diverse human resources and conflict management issues in a professional and mature manner
- Strong knowledge of benefit programs with ability to effectively communicate them to employees (preferred)
- Flexibility and desire to grow and evolve as the position and the company evolves
