Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: 100% onsite in Saint Paul

Pay Rate: $25-$28/hour

Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm

Job Overview:

The HR Generalist provides vital support to the HR department by managing administrative duties, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, scheduling meetings, maintaining HR documentation, assisting with recruitment and training, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Main Duties:

• Greet visitors, respond to phone inquiries, and route questions to the appropriate department.
• Order and maintain office supplies, coordinate meeting logistics, and ensure all materials are prepared.
• Assist with responding to HR emails, filing, and arranging travel or training schedules.
• Prepare and distribute HR communications, forms, and reports.
• Assist with employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate records, process employee requests, and manage exit interviews and unemployment claims.
• Coordinate training sessions, monitor compliance with regulations, and manage the HR intranet.
• Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and departmental projects.
• Manage HRIS, attend meetings, and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
