Tripoint Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Arlington, VA.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team. The HR Generalist performs administrative, strategic, and planning duties.
Location: Hybrid. 2 Days per week required in our Arlington, VA office
The successful candidate will be accountable to:
- Responsible for recruitment process including: gathering requirements, posting positions, reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews and following up with hiring manager.
- Generating offer letters for new hires
- On-boarding new hires including submitting any required security clearance documentation.
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Responsible for termination process including: ensuring all required state notifications are delivered and conducting exit interviews.
- Data Entry into Deltek Costpoint and ADP
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring:
Experience, Education & Training:
- An Associates or Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Deltek Costpoint
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including recruiting, hiring, benefits, compliance, talent, compensation, employee retention, and engagement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various level of employees
- Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and very detailed oriented.
Clearance Requirements:
Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. Accordingly, US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
